Description of Production Facilities:
A modern facility built from the ground up to produce salt that meets the highest international standards.
Facility area: over 40,000 m², fully equipped for a continuous cycle of salt processing and packaging.
Production capacity: 15,000 metric tons of finished products per month, with the potential for expansion.
Product types: food-grade and industrial salt, available in various product formats and package sizes—ranging from 0.5 kg to 1.25 metric tons.
Process Equipment:
Raw material deep-cleaning system: modern multi-stage separation units, removal of excess biological and chemical substances, innovative salt drying technology that prevents caking without any chemical additives, a robotic packaging system that minimizes product contact with the environment.
An automated quality control system at all stages—from raw material receipt to packaging.
State-of-the-art laboratory
Our own laboratory for the prompt analysis of quality and safety indicators at all stages of production.
Logistical Capabilities:
Our own warehouse facility with a storage capacity of over 5,000 metric tons.
A convenient geographic location with direct access to major transportation routes for fast delivery throughout Ukraine and abroad
How We Purify Salt: Making the Complex Simple
At our production facility, we have developed a fully automated salt purification process that combines modern technology with transparency and control at every stage.
The goal is to produce perfectly pure salt suitable for food, industrial, and household uses.
It all begins with raw salt being fed into the production line. It is placed on a special conveyor belt, where it is evenly distributed and tested in the laboratory for the presence of foreign impurities.
Magnetic separators automatically remove any metal particles that may have found their way into the raw material.
Salt purification takes place in several stages:
1st — in a special screw conveyor that breaks up large lumps;
2nd — in a series of hydrocyclones (four in total) that remove dust, sand, and other fine impurities.
All brine, after washing, is purified and reused in production, which allows for adherence to the principle of a closed-loop water cycle.
We feed the washed salt into centrifuges, which gently remove excess moisture. Next, the salt is dried in special “fluidized bed” equipment, which ensures uniform drying of each crystal and prevents the product from caking.
At the same time, the air is filtered to remove dust using filters and cyclones.
We sort the dried salt by particle size. Crystals that are too large are ground and re-inspected. This approach allows us to produce exactly the grind required for various industries—from food to industrial applications.
Finished salt can be:
Tablet form—if it is needed for water treatment or industrial purposes. Presses form tablets of uniform shape and density, which are automatically packaged in 25-kg bags.
In blocks—food-grade and industrial-grade.
Bulk—packaging options:
Large bags (big bags),
25-kg bags,
0.5- and 1-kg packages
Packaged products are automatically palletized.
Our entire production system is a closed-loop system—we reuse water and minimize waste.
The process is fully automated, ensuring consistent quality from batch to batch.
Quality control and compliance with raw material standards are carried out at every stage.
“Open to you—we work according to the standards of the future”
